Misleading Product Offering
Yesterday, I spent about 30 to 60 minutes watching a video where you presented a product as a three-step solution to achieve my goals. They outlined that the total value of the packages—normally US$215—was being offered to me for just US$57. On that basis, I decided to make the purchase. After making the payment, I was directed through a series of additional videos and ultimately given access to a mobile app with some workout plans, diet guides, and recipes. This was not what I expected or what was initially promised. Today, I spent over an hour on a call with a representative who informed me that this program (Toned in 90 days) isn’t actually suitable for my needs and that I should consider a different “metabolism” program costing between US$1,200 and US$2,000. I feel that I was misled by the initial offering. The product I received does not align with what was advertised, and I do not wish to pursue this other expensive program. Therefore, I kindly request a full refund for the US$57 I paid, as the service provided does not meet my expectations or the advertised description.
