I received an email confirmation that I could pick up my order and so I picked up a trailer and called the Will call number provided. They told me my order was not ready and that they couldn’t get it to me until a week later. It was frustrating because I had already paid for the trailer. Luckily, I was able to pick up the couches at another facility, but I still had to drive an extra hour to get them. When I picked them up, the workers were great and very helpful. I was just disappointed in the incorrect communication I received.
