Design Great, functionality (as long as it works) good, Customer Service terrible
After spending 46000 Dollars on 2 Ultra X, of which one has 10 battery extensions, plus a Delta 3 Pro Ultra Plus, I summarize: Customer Service is terrible. I have started a field test for our company Security Inc. which now stopped, because to make a scientifically relevant test, both Ultra X need the 10 battery extension. Several times, the system did not allow to shut down, followed the manual to the tee. Solar charge is sporatic, on off whenever it pleases. For the record, I am a Hardware Engineer and know what I am doing, mostly.
