Ripped off
The order was not what I thought I was getting. I thought from the salesman that I would be getting shades that would cover the windows but when they were installed they had about 1” gap on each side of the windows and let a lot of light in. They gave me dark er shades for the bedroom but a lot of good that did with the large gaps .I was told that I signed the contract and that’s what I received. I spent $5000. For a patio door cover and 7 windows that’s another story, I have 8 windows so I am 1 short which they refused to help with. So I went to Lowe’s for $90. Bought a shade that fit the window works better that the $500. One from 3 day blinds. Going to Lowe’s get another $90. One for my other bedroom window so I can sleep at night. In the beginning they gave me 8 temporary shades but only gave me 7 shades for windows. They said they gave me a discount but that was a bunch of crap. Salesman should have stuck to selling cars.
