Terrible customer service
I pitched a ticket for 2 passengers from Stockholm to Gutenberg but had a family emergency so I contacted them for a refund which they denied because I did not purchase Indy. So I asked for a credit for future travel which they also denied because yet again I did not purchase the insurance. This site is unethical. I will never book any tickets with them ever again.
