5/5 Stars – Absolutely amazing staff!
We had such a great stay here! Everyone was so friendly, super helpful, and quick to jump in whenever we needed anything. The housekeepers, the breakfast crew, and the front desk team totally earned every bit of this 5-star review. But I really have to give a massive shoutout to Mariah—she was an absolute rockstar. We checked in on the evening of 7/31, and the hotel's computer systems were completely down. Mariah had to check everyone in by hand, and she handled it with so much grace and patience. Her calm vibe kept a room full of tired people completely chilled out. My husband and I had just finished a brutal 13-hour drive from Virginia for my aunt’s 75th birthday party. After that much time on the road, the last thing we wanted was a stressful check-in, but Mariah made it seamless. Huge thanks to the whole team at Home2 Suites Pine Forest!
