Trustpilot review Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ Title: Charged twice for a document that failed to process — no refund offered I used iVisa for an Indonesia Arrival Card ahead of a trip to Bali. The application kept returning errors during submission despite all information being entered correctly, and I was charged $199.90 AUD without a clear confirmation the service had actually worked. Because I couldn’t be sure it went through, I ended up paying again on arrival for the same document — nearly $300 for two people just to enter the country. When I contacted support, the agent (“Ivy”) confirmed the application had eventually been approved, but refused a refund, citing their policy that no refunds are given once an application is processed — even though the technical failure was on their end and directly caused me to pay twice. The responses felt scripted and never actually addressed the error I described.
