I am a current Mint Mobile customer, and I am extremely disappointed. My service suddenly stopped working, showing "Emergency Calls Only." When I tried to reach customer support, I was stuck in an automated loop. When I finally reached a human via the sales line, they refused to help, told me it was a "network issue" (despite my other lines on the same network working fine), and denied my request for a refund for the service I am paying for but cannot use. If you value service reliability and want to avoid losing your money to a company that refuses to provide support, I strongly advise against Mint Mobile.
