Great products and a positive resolution
I have several EcoFlow products and have generally been very pleased with their performance and features. When my RIVER 3 Max Plus developed a fault, the support process took longer than expected, but EcoFlow continued working on the case and ultimately provided a replacement that resolved the issue. I appreciate the final outcome and the goodwill shown by the customer service team. Overall, I remain happy with EcoFlow and would consider purchasing their products again.
