Not scam. I have been on their subscription for a few years. Products are great and the reasons to give 4 rather than 5 stars is 1) delivery to the UK take a while, 2) they don't remind you when your subscription order is about to be shipped in case you need to change it and 3) price is high, but I have been using it for years now. One of my orders got shipped to an old address. I was immediately offered a replacement order. Great service.
