The free trial was tied to an automatic subscription, which I don’t think was made sufficiently clear during checkout I was given then impression that it was possible to cancel. I cancelled the subscription before the trial shipped because I wanted to assess the product first, but this automatically cancelled the trial order itself. Support confirmed they would not resend the trial because only one redemption is allowed. Refund was processed, but the overall experience felt misleading and unnecessarily punitive. Responding to their response: the customer services team didn’t assist they said they can’t help as this is how your system is set up, which is exactly why the above review was left. You expect people to sign up to your subscription to benefit from the trial. It’s very dishonest to claim that your customer services assisted when infact they said they can’t help
