Pluming company was superb but Old Republic website needs improvement
The plumbing company, Jets Electrical and Plumbing, was great. Old Republic Home Warranty, however, could be improved. I waited for over 90 minutes to speak with someone and then finally hung up when no one responded. Clearly, Old Republic wants you to send in a claim via their website. That would be have been fine but their choices need to be more specific, or at least allow for a note section. None of the choices applied to my situation and I was just glad that the plumbing company, Jets Electrical, had a person with whom I could speak before anyone came out. They were awesome!
