First time
First time. Delivery to hotel. My clothes were dropped off in a clear plastic bag and left on the lobby counter. Why was a clear plastic bag used instead of my laundry bag or one of the multiple blue plastic bags included with the drop off? I got to the hotel hours after drop off and my clothes were visible to anyone in the lobby. Very embarrassing.
