Never received iphone again! Haven't been reimburse, again! Sent out 3 affidavit to Gazelle.
Never received iphone, lost in FEDEX transit Gazelle asked me to send them an affidavit. Have now sent them 3 affidavits for this order (AOL 1 and 2 have not been good enough the latest excuse is Gazelle wants everything in hand writing nothing typed including the order number. What is next... oh Gazelle can't read my handwriting). Gazelle still hasn't reimbursed the credit card. It's been a month. On 7/16/26 bought a second iphone with rush delivery because the Gazelle's customer service person said we would be reimbursed right away and guess what. Never received the second iphone. Once again lost in FedEx Transit. Sent affidavit(s) starting on 7/22/26 (today's email is the 3rd AOL for the second iphone purchase.) Still have not been a reimbursed and still don't have an iphone.
