Efficient, easy and thorough support!
My air conditioning unit had a major issue and just stopped on a very hot day. I immediately went to the portal to open a ticket, which I could do from my phone (love that!). They connected me a service provider early the next morning. I looked them up and they were a very reputable firm. That firm called me right away to set up an appointment. The experience with the service provider was also fantastic and I gave them a great review. Overall, very happy.
