Customer service is nonexistent
I have been trying to set up a new phone with my Mint account. Their app wants me to enter a code texted to the old phone, which is lying in the bottom of a porta potty (not my best day). Obviously I cannot do this. So it says to call customer service. I tried 3 times yesterday (during their listed business hours) and never got off hold. Cheap service gets cheap service I guess. More fool me.
