They will not answer your call…
They will not answer your call regarding a pending service request. Not once have they followed up to see how the service went. Anytime I call they have me on hold, up to an hour, and I just hang up. I had a fridge door to be replaced and they never once let me know if would be shipped to my house because the service provider “did not have the means of transporting the door” himself. He asked me to help with the job as the door replacement “was a 2-man job”. He replaced the door in 4.5 hours…for a 30-45 minute job. He then refused to take the trash and the old door and told me I had to figure out what to do with it. Absolutely terrible experience with this warranty company I would NOT recommend to anyone.
