Purchases not as advertised.
I have been using rebtel for some time however alot has changed and is quite frustrating. I recently purchased a data bundle for a person in Zimbabwe and was supposed to arrive as a data bundle but arrived as an airtime top up which was frustrating because the recipient had borrowed airtime in their account. I contacted rebtel fro their support to reverse the transaction or rather instead rectify their error instead the agent said they recipient should purchase the data bundle manually I tried to explain that they cannot because it was deducted from their account I have bought data bundles and they have always arrived as data bundles but on this occasion they made an error they said I should wait some days to allow them to investigate of which I rely on talking the recipient via Internet because international calls are expensive. They are quick to take your money no matter how loyal you have been with them they will never help their supprt system is hopeless.
