Re: Letter of Appreciation - To the Exceptional Staff of Holiday Inn…
To the Exceptional Staff of Holiday Inn Express Vicksburg, On behalf of Pastor Jimmy Prince and the members of Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church, we extend our heartfelt gratitude for the outstanding hospitality and customer service shown to our church family during our stay on July 25, 2026. In a time when exceptional customer service can be difficult to find, your staff demonstrated professionalism, kindness, and a genuine commitment to making our visit both comfortable and memorable. We are especially grateful to Ms. Gail Cummings, Ms. Nikki Coleman, and Ms. LaShanyna Pearson for their warm welcome, attentiveness, and dedication to meeting our needs. We also wish to express our sincere appreciation to Pam and LaToya for their professionalism and excellent service in preparing and presenting a delicious breakfast. Their friendly demeanor and attention to detail helped make our day begin on a positive note. In addition, we are deeply thankful to the housekeeping staff member Lona, who found and returned an envelope that had been left behind in one of our rooms. Such honesty and integrity are truly commendable and reflect the high standards of your organization. As a small expression of our gratitude, please accept the enclosed gift card as a token of our appreciation for the outstanding service and hospitality extended to our church family. We are already looking forward to future visits to Vicksburg and hope to continue our relationship with Holiday Inn Express for years to come. We will gladly recommend your hotel to others because of the exceptional experience you provided. May God richly bless each member of your team and continue to reward your dedication, kindness, and spirit of excellence. We pray that His favor will rest upon you and that your efforts to serve others will be returned to you many times over. With sincere appreciation and gratitude, Rev. Jimmy Prince, Pastor Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church
