Delivery experience disappointing..again.
Purchased a mirror and when delivered the box had obviously been sitting under another item. It was dirty and crushed to the extent I thought the mirror may be damaged inside. It’s a beautiful mirror and in okay condition albeit for a small break on the left side. This is the 2nd time we’ve purchased from Rove and honestly each time delivery service has been disappointing. A company that outsources their delivery is still responsible for their clients delivery experience. To be fair, the last time I had a delivery issue, I did receive a credit for the delivery fee which could be applied to future deliveries. Unfortunately, I don’t see anymore deliveries from this company in our future.
