Don’t buy
Failed to abide by my right to void the transaction authorization of the payment as it was still pending on my statements even though order has not even shipped at the time of writing this. Disregarded my request completely and closed the support ticket without any conclusion to the situation. Do not think about buying any free trials with this company as they will deceive you into purchasing a subscription you will be oblivious to and make it impossible to get a direct cancellation or refund through them. I have no choice but to go to my bank about this as they won’t respond to my emails as the ticket is “closed” conveniently allowing the order to be shipped in time. Terrible customer service.
