Do not purchase. Program is not what they say it is
I went through the entire marketing video a few times before I chose to purchase. Through the entire infomercial they claim no cardio no cardio. Well the first workout they recommend…cardio. They upsell everything under the sun and not just once but every time I would log in to get recipes. Finally they tell you once you purchase you will have the program for life. Well I bought a new phone. Transferred all the apps including VShred and I can no longer access it. It’s a scam. It may help already in shape people but when it comes to customer service and support, there isn’t any. I would not recommend this program to anyone.
