Don't use two factor Authentication on your e-mail account.
I switched to Mint 5 months ago. Everything was ok until a damaged my phone and it was unusable. Because, my e-mail used two factor authentication, I couldn't get the code to activate the new iPhone, I bought from them. I called and asked for it and they have some verification team that calls you later. So I gave them my work phone, as I am the only one who uses it. This is where the shit show begins. Wrong numbers, No calls, even when they verified my number was correct, wife's number... Nothing worked. I took my new paid for in full phone to Verizon, and they told me it was locked out from Mint. They are the worst if you have a problem. No stores to go to if you have a problem. Just awful customer service. I realize they have verification polices, but I paid in full for the phone, so they aren't out anything. Unbelievable.
