Avoid at any cost.
I have never experienced a rental car company providing a vehicle in such poor condition. The car had multiple issues: Three out of four windows would not close. The gas tank was only half full. The vehicle was covered in dents and damage from every angle. There was no windshield washer fluid. To make matters worse, this was the only vehicle available. Another major inconvenience is that this location is about 15 minutes away from the airport rental car center. When I returned the car, I had to take an Uber because waiting for the shuttle would have taken too long. Even more frustrating, the shuttle doesn't take customers directly to the airport—it only goes to the rental car center, forcing you to transfer to another shuttle to reach the terminal. When I was returning my vehicle, I also witnessed another customer with a reservation being told that the vehicle she had reserved did not have its permanent license plates installed. Instead, the permanent license plates were simply sitting inside the windshield. She understandably did not feel comfortable driving a vehicle in that condition. Rather than providing her with another comparable vehicle at no additional cost, she was told she would have to pay extra for an upgraded vehicle. This entire experience was completely unacceptable and far below the level of service I would expect from a rental car company. I certainly would not rent from this location again. After experiencing this firsthand, I can honestly understand why this location has such a poor rating of around 1.5 stars. Unfortunately, my experience was entirely consistent with those reviews.
