Returning Customer
Great quality! Great packaging and shipping! Fast delivery. Flexible customization and change of delivery dates if you have too much product left still. Will be buying again.
I feel lied to.
This is a hard review to write as the service was excellent. We got a quote from the UPS Store to ship a bike, $699. I went on ChatGPT and asked for a solution. It was reccomended we use Bikeflight. Our quote was about $290. We were thrilled. Everything went great. Until yesterday morning I received an email saying we measured wrong and we were being charged an extra $4.93. My problem is that UPS measured my box while I watched and the size i provided was the exact size of the box. So I’m just bummed. It’s not the money, it’s the uncertainty in using the service again. My husband is constantly buying and selling bikes and this was going to be my answer to shipping.
