I placed an order online and panicked when I saw the confirmation had the wrong shipping address on it. I called Customer Service and spoke with Chantel immediately and she not only took care of the problem but ensured that I would receive the hair on time and followed up the next day! I’ve never experienced something so easy and accommodating!
