Very easy to purchase tickets but extremely difficult to claim tickets. Finally figured that out by using 2 devices. However I don't see my tickets in my account! Very frustrating!! UPDATE: After emailing for support and checking again I see my tickets. I'm happy!

Can you give zero stars? This is the worst experience I've ever had renting a car. Rude staff. Gave me a car with almost flat tires. Never received the final invoice. Called for the invoice and ask for something in return for giving a car with flat tires. They hung up on me. Oh, and also never answered my email via "customer service"
I love using TopCashback. Sometimes it seems like it takes along time for the money to go to the paid status but I’m not complaining. The biggest issue is sometimes I have had things not track. I am sure I use the same setup that I always use just to make sure it’s not on my end but have several not track. Then the claims process takes even longer and sometimes you don’t get credit. Most of the time though TopCash back assists and you still get something but not always. I don’t believe either of these issues are TopCashbacks fault though.
