DO NOT use this retailer
I am in shock. I ordered black patent leather shoes to go with a white tie. The leather has visible glaring defects from damage to the skins with partial tears. The surfaces that were cut by machines are jagged and have not been finished. They look like moccasins. It will be my pleasure to buy something else and to throw these away, for $300. I certainly can't wear them. What was I thinking? The shoes are made in Brazil. UPS charges and additional $60 to deliver them. Surprise! I see many positive reviews. Am I talking about the same company?
