Sloppy work and delivery
I ordered eight 50x60 custom photo plush fleece blankets. I spent weeks working on this special family project and paid extra to ensure quality printing. The first disappointment was the blankets arrived stuffed all together haphazardly in an unstable box, causing them to be severely wrinkled. Second, the print quality was nice on a few of the blankets but the others came out less color saturated. I reached out to customer service right away to see if they could address the print quality issue and possibly redo some of the blankets. Unfortunately they never responded so I have to give these gifts to my family the way they are. I definitely will go with another company the next time I need custom gifts.
