Terrible and Ongoing Issues
I am reading all these terrible reviews after the fact. After weeks of delays I was given no option but the day I was told the delivery was coming. Of course as many of you have read this caused me to miss a day of work. When the single delivery guy arrived haphazardly pushing and rolling around the boxes, the order was missing the Flag chair. I contacted customer service immediately (which is not even in Canada) asking where the missing item was. I also contacted them for a return of the items that did arrive as I was not happy with them. I am still waiting for answers and it has been over a week. No chair, no compensation as promised, total runaround and items here boxed up still waiting to be returned. Seeing all these reviews I’m curious if we as a group should take further action as Rove Concepts clearly has unethical and unprofessional business practices. And why the heck is there no one to contact in Canada directly. Equally concerning!!! Order number 3036696. Over 10 emails and 5 calls and nothing has been done!!!!
