Traded in a phone
Traded in a phone, used the box they sent me and the tracking stopped in Kentucky. After chatting with an Agent she said enough time passed that it would be a lost phone claim at that point. Three follow ups later and I was asked the same questions ( yes I already sent the affidavit and was told you have it). Today I get told to be patient but get no answers and am asked again if I sent the affidavit. First time using Gazelle, guess I should have stuck with my previous company.
