Buyer Beware: Rove Concepts Service is Non-Existent
This was my third order from Rove. I was skeptical at first, given numerous online complaints around poor post-sale customer service. However, the first two orders went fine. The third order, however, has been a nightmare. Rove's customer service has been horrendous. One of three chairs ordered arrived in an open box not belonging to the chair model purchased; the hardware was missing; white glove deliver simply took a picture and left it at my place. Rove has been unable to replace the hardware, and has failed to send a replacement. Their communications have been awful. Buyer beware...don't buy from Rove unless you can go pick up the assembled furniture yourself in a local store. Their delivery and assembly folks are simply grossly undependable. And their customer service could use advise from a better entity...Aeroflot perhaps.
