Shipping was disappointing
Shipping is expensive. Didn’t receive a call when item was in the warehouse sitting. No update on shipping tracking either. Had to make multiple calls to receive my order and did not receive my shipping money back. Disappointed in the customer experience. Product purchased was difficult to put together. Some metal frames didn’t line up and not all screws would counter sink. For such high end products I expected more. Thankfully the final look once put together is very nice and comfortable. *edit following response from Rove: Yes, I was able to get the product together with my own tools but it was not easy. Thankfully I bought 4 and was able to switch parts to make them fit as some were too short and others too long to line up with the screws. They do not go together as well as I would hope for the price. I am unable to attach a picture of the issue I am referring to but can provide to rove if you wish to reach out.
