Bought a Ratio Freediver off them (from France). Day/date function failed within weeks. Customer service via email was superb. They sent me a pre paid return label, swift refund but decided to buy a Seiko 5 from them. The automatic movements are cheaper to replace than repair or service these days. Bracelets and dial faces are where the money is.
