I couldn't check in to the hotel! No room available!
I couldn't check in to the hotel. You booked me a room they didn't have, they were completely booked. I had to scramble last minute to find another hotel nearby and walk there. I tried to call Customer Service but could not get anyone to answer. I'll be disputing the charge with my credit card company! **Edited to add, I tried to call customer service again and was able to get through. They are in the process of issuing a refund since I could not check in. Once the refund has been resolved, I will update my rating.
