Excellent product
Excellent product. Personal contact when they had question on a detail of my order, quick turn around time from order to delivery.

Poor location, very long wait for the shuttle
The parking garage we were sent to was unavailable so we were directed to another place. Instead of covered parking we reserved it was open. There were many unhappy people since it was well over an hour to get a shuttle to the pier. On return it was the same issue, long wait in cold weather for the shuttle then a hassle getting the correct tickets to get out of the garage. We won't be using your service again.
