No respect for my time!
I scheduled an appointment for a free quote on window replacements and asked multiple times how long it was going to take. Never got a straight answer. It took over 2 hours to get a quote.The sales rep was nice but if you are going to take that much of a person’s time, offering them a free quote without disclosing that it takes that long is unprofessional. I found it very rude and makes me not want to do business with a company that doesn’t respect my time. Response to Power reply: That long presentation gave me a headache! LOL
