Hi Rove Concepts Team, I am writing regarding my recent order, reference number 3635984. I experienced a couple of issues during the checkout process. First, even after I entered the correct billing address, the system still reflected the incorrect address. Second, I was charged tax on the invoice, but I should not be receiving tax charges.
