After an exhaustive effort to be reconsidered and approved for the refund of expedited shipping fees - applied to my entire order because, regardless of separate shipping origins and varying production and travel, 4AllPromoss missed the delivery deadline (and subsequent empty-handed public and staff events) I was not refunded the entire fee. They consider refunding the keychains, expeditedness to be resolution.However, i had no intention of such expedited shipping fees for the other items.They produced faster and didn't require it.However, you only get once choice.So I paid way more to ship the all of the items, even though I didn't have to, just because I wanted to ship the keychains fast, and I didnt get that either. And somehow, that is completely lost on this company and they still completely missed the point to date.As seen in their reply. It's like talking to a wall, never again. And in the beginning, I wasn't even asking for all of the shipping.I was asking for the expedited upgrade amount for both. After this much aggravation, you'd think they'd just give me all of the shipping back, but I don't care. I'm never using this company in any way. Also, the keychains look cheap, and nothing's worth as much aggravation.
