My flight was cancelled by the airline and in the 7 weeks since I have contacted Expedia 8 times, initially to reschedule my flight but with no action I then requested to process the refund (approximately call 5) which was confirmed to be in action by an Expedia team member - this was not correct. Expedia is incompetent/negligent in contacting the airline (which I have done easily) and following up because nothing has been done. I am repeatedly told to wait 24-72 hours while nothing is done. I am currently 1570 AUD out of pocket.
