My family and I checked in the Days Inn…
My family and I checked in the Days Inn in Caseyville, IL. around 3:40 pm. on 7/22/2026. Before we brought our luggage in, we checked the room out. No fridge, No microwave and looked dirty. When I booked the room the reservation stated a microwave, and a mini fridge. I went to the front desk, the manager said they can possibly get a fridge, but not a microwave. This is not the room I booked. I asked to cancel the room and refund my AMEX $62.33 for the room fare. It is now the 2nd of AUG, no refund as of yet.
