Question the product and customer service
Tried to use Lumen’s sample offer to introduce it to a colleague and was told I was ineligible because I had used it previously, even though this was not for personal use. Customer service was inconsistent and unhelpful, with repeated hand-offs and no clear resolution. The £6 was eventually refunded, but the process was frustrating and poorly handled. I shared the experience with colleagues at Clinique in London, where support was far more straightforward and professional. This review is about customer service and communication, which in this case fell well below expectations.
