Dishonest company....Unfortunately
Unfortunately I've found out that the company is setup is a dishonest way. If you get the product and all is ok, then you might not notice it. But once you need to interact with customer service you'll find out. They do not take responsibility for errors in manufacturing or delays in production. I have ordered 5 shirts and 3 pairs of shoes. But I unfortunately have to conclude that I cannot order with them anymore. They delivered the wrong product on one of the pair of shoes and now refuse to take the product back for a refund. Their excuse is that the product is 'custom'. However, this obviously is not a valid excuse and we all know it. The problem here is not simply that there is a fault in a product. The real problem is that the company policies are setup to be dishonest and dishonourable. We can't call them al outright scam company, but they are clearly not a 'clean' company. This falls on the owners/management, not just an individual employee. It's a shame as I was happy with the fundamental offering and I would have been a happy long-term customer.
