There was no mention that we would have to take two shuttles to get to the car rental place, and that the last shuttle was 12 minutes away from the car rental hub. When we got there...It was very unorganized and it took us 30 minutes to actually get a car. In addition, there was no mention made of us having to pay an additional almost $100 for toll fees that we had to pay up front, in addition to a $250.00 hold on our account. It was very frustrating and I would have appreciated knowing this information up front. I will be flying in to DFW in the future and I will make sure that I do not rent from them again.
