Unacceptable
I have nothing negative to say about them, but unfortunately I do now... A new change has been implemented regarding the import of packages from outside Europe. €3 customs duty per product. "For parcels shipped with Japan Post, the €3 customs duty is not expected to be collected at ZenMarket checkout." - ZenMarket That is incorrect, I contacted PostNL and they told me that it is possible. At many other stores, you can pay them €3 in advance... (IOSS) I have no problem with the €3, but if you do not pay the €3 in advance, an extra €10 is added (handling fees). - Virgil
