Forgotten Backpack = 5 Stars
I needed a small battery bank for camping, and after researching the market, I decided on EcoFlow based on accessories and features. To be specific, I bought the RIVER 3 because of its size, good reviews, and also because it had a special offer for a free backpack. The RIVER 3 arrived, but there was no backpack. I was so happy with the battery bank — the great charging time, the great app, and the features when connected (fast updates, turning the device off, etc.) — that I almost forgot about the backpack. Still, I wrote an email to customer service, and after the fastest issue resolution in my experience, I received the missing backpack. And it's not just a backpack — it has an eco-leather bottom for the device and a roll-top, zip-separated section made of strong material. I own another similar backpack priced around €100, so I have only good things to say about EcoFlow. Great product, exceeding expectations, and although the order was delivered separately, the final experience is more than great in my opinion.
