I have a client that's spent thousands of dollars on blinds. We have one broken part, and they won't allow the contractor to order. They say I need convenience, the owner and have them take pictures. And email and go through a huge process to get a $3 part. They have the order. They have all the part numbers. Everything in their computer, but insist that the contractor can't order the part that the client has to email and go through this huge process. Terrible customer service rude on the phone. I'm gonna take their blinds and toss them into the garbage and go buy.Somebody's blinds that has good customer service.In that you can get replacement parts
