Cancelling orders not possible.
I received my free trial package (which coated 65kr to get delivered) and did not want a subscription. Anyhow, few weeks later i recieved an email about my new order for 550kr, less than 1 minute later i took contact to Lumin and was told its not possible to cancel any orders. Now i have to pay 211kr (almost half of the original order cost?!) to return a package. Apparently nothing to do about it, pay up and return og pay up and keep it, doesnt add up. I've always considered Lumin as a decent company, but not wanting to cancel orders and requiring 50% of package cost in return has definitely changed my mind. Never shopping here again.
