Sears Home Services is not legitimate
Sears Home Services does nor deserve even one star. They call you first to find out about your appliance problem, i.e. what is wrong with it. The tecnician check the model and serial number of our refrigrator and said tomorrow is Sundayand we are closed. I get the part and come back on Tuesday to fix it. He charged me $129.00 diagnostic fee. He did not show up on Tuesday, when I called the next day, they schedualed another visit and a new technician showed up to help. I asked him whether he would charge me $129.00 for his services which he said yes. I try to call them but there is no customer services. You talk to a AI computer generated voice name Samanta. I emailed them, they refered me to call the number in their webside which is the AI generated voice Samanta. You cannot talk to a live person. They took my money and run.
