The worst experience I have ever had trying to change dates for a ticket. I had no idea Booking.com used this company but now that I know I will never use their services again. Edit: As mentioned, my experience with Gotogate is through Booking.com - I have filed my complaints with them. It shows how important it is to be very careful when outsourcing services.
